
Counselling
I offer both long term and short term counselling, however, the number of sessions required is client led.
Sessions are 50 mins long and can be offered face-to-face within an office which is based in Scunthorpe. Or can take place online via video or telephone.

Confidentiality
The information given to the Counsellor is private and confidential, however there are times when confidentiality may need to be broken such as if you or someone else is at risk of serious harm, or if required by the law. This would be discussed with you in the first instance.
​Supervision
Counsellors are given regular supervision to ensure good standards of practice are maintained. Clients are not identified and all information is strictly confidential.
