About Me

Hello there! My name is Emma and I am an integrative counsellor. I began my journey as a counsellor after overcoming my own emotional difficulties in which I learnt to be the person I once needed. That listening ear, a non-judgemental individual who is authentic and truly accepts you for who you are.

As a counsellor, I offer support to adults and young people. I adapt my practice to tailor a personal experience to ensure each client feels as comfortable as possible.

Counselling is a personal journey and my role is to support clients to overcome the difficulties and concerns they are having.  I am passionate about the work I do and understand making that first call for support is difficult, however I do believe that I can help you move forward, reach your goals, and become more confident.

Over the past 3 years I have worked with young people within schools, and with adults through numerous organisations including an employee assistance programme.
