About Me
Hello there! My name is Emma and I am an integrative counsellor. I began my journey as a counsellor after overcoming my own emotional difficulties in which I learnt to be the person I once needed. That listening ear, a non-judgemental individual who is authentic and truly accepts you for who you are.

I am an integrated counsellor who draws on techniques from different types of therapies to tailor an approach specifically for you. I would describe myself as a calm, friendly, and bubbly individual who believes that honesty, transparency, and authenticity is key within the therapeutic relationship.
I currently work with adults and young people and have experience working within schools, charities, and numerous organisations.

Counselling is a personal journey and my role is to support clients to overcome the difficulties and concerns they are having. I am passionate about the work I do and understand making that first call for support is difficult, however I do believe that I can help you move forward, reach your goals, and become more confident.
